Naturavera offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 day of your purchase. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: We are happy to replace any item that is damaged during the shipping process. Please submit images to hello@natura-vera.com. 

RETURNED ITEMS: We are happy to exchange or refund the cost of returned unused candles, but we are unable to cover the shipping costs. Items must be returned in new, unused, unburned, and resalable condition in the original box and packaging. Once received and approved, we will refund you for your purchase. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Email hello@natura-vera.com to initiate the return process!
